Once one of the best-known restaurants in Valencia, but still very successful. This one-star eatery is so small that there is little chance of getting a table, but it’s still worth a try. The interior is discreet and cosy, with some minimalist details. Superb staffing – one waiter to each table – ensures that you have all the attention in the world. Start with a very affordable Cava and end with the most delicious wines you have ever tasted, which are far too affordable to let them pass by untouched. Try one of the exquisite menus, which change daily. A tasty cheese soup from the Sierra de Espadán with blood sausage and the authentic cockles. Let all the fabulously rich tastes wash away with an overabundance of wine.Address
