Seafood aficionados already have plenty of options in Valencia, so it’s not a problem that this place only serves meat. Lots of meat, and embutidos ibéricos: an extensive and modern menu. The restaurant is modern too, but much simpler. “Taberna” is a very euphemistic description of this restaurant, spread across two different levels, located near the Plaza de Esparto. You can get a really good glass of wine here, and in the right glass, too. The young waiters and waitresses are very attentive and enthusiastic. A different dish is showcased every day. Finish with a bitter chocolate cake. It is a copy of the previous A Fuego Lento in the trendy Carmen district, but this is a much quieter place to enjoy your meal.Address
