The Instituto Valenciano de Arte Moderno has a very light, open hall where this expensive, but very good restaurant is located. At least as modern and elegant as the museum itself – both in terms of the interior and the very unusual cuisine. This minimalist restaurant has black walls and white screens between the tables, ensuring peace and privacy while enjoying absolutely great food. The delicious-sounding dishes include: higos estofados al vino tinto con helado de crema catalana. The wine selection is sublime: hundreds of wines from the region and all over the world, which you can sample in separate tasting rooms. Delicious liqueurs are also on offer.
