It’s all beautifully balanced and elegant. Exotic ingredients and herbs imbue everything with a unique flavour. No heavy sauces or garnishes. We recommend the Torchon of foie gras with apple jelly and the Crisp pan-fried crab cake. An excellent wine tip accompanies each dish. For dessert, you must try the Ontario Blueberry Clafoutis. Linger after dinner on the comfortable sofas and soft chairs. And the service is smooth too.
