ESPERANTO
The main idea with Esperanto was to tear down language barriers between people. This restaurant does the opposite – it turns you speechless. The inventive courses and the unconventional compositions contribute to an extravagant and creative menu. You choose between five or eight fixed dishes including things like squid gruel, duck bonbons and seaweed porridge (not in the same time). The staff do their job brilliantly serving you small but complex dreams of taste like monkfish with beluga lentils in ham jelly, melon/crustaceans sorbet and black lemon. The proposed flight of beverages is a must. You dine in a cloakroom on the second floor of an old theatre. It sounds creative, but it’s not. The energy of the food lacks in the interior what so ever and also among the guests. Don’t go here for a loud celebration or a jolly time with your friends. Do like everybody else: go here strictly well dressed, sit quiet and still while the food is telling you the most astonishing stories.Address
