The guests are primarily well-to-do couples and wealthy Indian exiles. Annakhan prides itself of having a chef that used to work at a five star hotel in India, but even though this is by no means close to five stars, dining at Annakhan is still one of the best Indian-food experiences you're likely to have this side of the Urals.
