This tiny salad bar is wedged in between the main offices of UBS, Citi, Merrill Lynch and Schwab. In the summer, a long queue of businessmen stands waiting to order pricy salads. Be prepared! You will have to run to keep up with the line. You can only order salads, served in a disposable plastic container or rolled in a whole-wheat tortilla. Compose your own salad from more than 70 ingredients and 30 dressings. Rookies beware: go for a pre-mix. Know what you want to order ahead of time, or you’ll miss your turn.
