Do not let the apostrophe scare you away. Celebrity chef Pichet Ong is considered to be one of the best dessert chefs in the USA. Sugar lovers had the opportunity to savour his artistic creations in NY hotspots Spice Market and 66. In his new restaurant the menu has been subdivided in sweet, tasty and sweet & tasty. The interior features wood, plastic and leather, the atmosphere is modest but lively, and on many occasions you will hear the artistic creations praised in a variety of languages. Do you find it almost impossible to make a selection? The ten course tasting menu is a parade of royally served small courses in exiting combinations. Highlights include sweet maine crab with green apple mousse, the american wagyu carpaccio with sour plum, and the stilton soufflé with basil-arugula ice cream. P’ong is a spot for advantageous connoisseurs, not recommended when you are ready for a hearty meal.
