It takes quite some effort to reach the dacha! However, architect Brodski has indeed succeeded in building something worthwhile; following the ‘Wodka Drinking Pavillion’, a restaurant was built; it consists of two layers of wooden platforms or decks, finished with a roof in a elitniy-bay of the Moscow river. The restaurant has no facade and all columns are perpendicular, up to 5 degrees! From your table you can just walk into the water, and many tables are positioned next to an opening in the deck, where you will find fish cages with fish splashing around in the water. You can select your own dish! The freshest, cleanest fish dish ever, and mind you the water is clean here, as the river is located upstream from Moscow. Salmon trout, various Russian fish and related garnishing are on the menu. The meals are rather simple, as this restaurant is entirely focussed on fish and not on artistically created and exquisite tasting sauces, as the fish itself should please the palate. The setting is actually quite fitting, as the dacha is surrounded by birches, birches and birches. Should you want to explore the area anyway, feel free, for around the corner you will find the closed-off elitniy-beach where the rich and famous with their extravagant watches, yachts and ski jets are lying around all day long being bored. We strongly recommend making reservations and when you order your meal, do not forget that most prices indicate a price per 100 gram.
