This pizza place is found at the Flagey square which is always broken up and under construction. A petit but light snack bar look-alike. What is particular here is that you order - just like in Italy - pizza by the gram and it is encouraged to try as many sorts as possible. From a glass counter you may choose ‘al taglio’ (indicate by pointing what size you want the pizza baker to cut it) the most delicious types of pizza. In any case make sure that pizza with truffle topping is included! Pancetta and pumpkin, walnuts, rocket salad or mozzarella. A light crispy crust that you can’t get like this anywhere else.
