Perfection is what it’s all about at this restaurant that forms part of the high-end Hyatt. Fortunately the staff are not only very obliging, but also relaxed and ready to share in a joke. But this is not the place to come to if you’re looking for a crazy evening out, because it will certainly not amuse the prim, somewhat more mature German guests. You come here for the food. Nowhere else in Berlin can you find better fare than at this three-letter restaurant situated in the heart of the entirely revamped Potsdamer Platz. Unusual combinations such as: an amuse of Apple Chutney and Goat Cheese Crème Brûlée, Fillet of Sea Bass with Raspberry Sorbet, Beef with Vanilla. Everything meticulously prepared for a taste sensation like you've never experienced before and presentation that you only ever see in glossy cookbooks. The space is stark, and perhaps a tad boring, but the details, such as the little bowls and vases, is evidence of an attentive touch, just like in the rest of this fantastic hotel. The Nigiri Maki and Sushi are also outstanding. Order one of the 230 types of whisky at the VOX bar and then simply roll over into a hotel room at random.Address
