Ana e Bruno

When dining out you do not want to compromise about on food? If you and your bank account are ready for some serious Italian cuisine, Ana e Bruno might be the most vanguard experience you’ve ever had when it comes to Italian food-wise. This spot is the culinary beacon amongst the city’s Italian restaurants. Relative to the food, the interior - starched white tablecloth, candles, damask napkins, wooden floor, and apricot-coloured walls - is not nearly as unique. But the produce and how it is arranged on your plate is outstanding. You will probably will not be able to identify everything from shape and appearance, but taste and texture will make you happy. Wagyu beef carpaccio with crunchy bread dumplings, marinated tuna with pomelo, scallop salad with tomatoes, celery and truffles, a striking risotto, or vacuum cooked rabbit. Oh, if you are one of those aficionados who want a matching wine for each course, don’t worry; the brilliant wine list includes several hundred wines. Another plus: despite the upscale and ambitious cuisinemenu, you do not need to wear your office necktie. Just make sure the bill is backed by your credit card. If you think stone oven pizza is as far as your Italian understanding gets, you are better off with one of the numerous pizza joints.
