D'sens

This is one for the Euro-chic diner. D’sens is an outpost of the famous Michelin-restaurant Le Jardin des Sens in Montpellier. Situated at the top of the 5* Dusit Thani hotel, the French twin-chef creates the most highly refined top dishes. The Bangkok version has a breathtaking city view with a chic interior. Paul Smith has played his part by contributing to the carpet and the ceiling is fire-red. Low tables and leather rocking chairs. The evening begins with cocktails at the fish enriched bar, which is filled with 1800 swimming friends, in Thailand symbol of luxury. After this you roll - over to round tables finished off with crocodile leather - into the evening. The menu is varied and good throughout, but in order to discover D’sens as newcomer you most surely must try, at least once, the multi-course menu. This in combination with many famous wines. Of course: French.
